Subject Labor

Applying to re-submit

If you want to revise your subject labor, you must apply to re-submit it before I will accept the new version.  This is to make sure that you will productively correct whatever was wrong.  You may submit applications by e-mail or by hard-copy note.

Final report

List and explicitly identify each rubric item for which you intend to regain points.  Explain specifically why the item did not receive full credit, and identify how the resubmission will be different to correct it.

For example:

Topic explanation item 1: covers all objectives
I did not fully address the second objective, which includes defining the momentum of a set of objects.  I only defined momentum of a single object as its mass multiplied by its velocity.  The revision will further explain that the momentum of a set of objects is the sum of the momenta of each object in the set.
Prior development item 1: describe prior feelings and knowledge
I described the topic knowledge I possessed coming into the unit, but I did not identify my feelings about the topics of momentum and energy.  The revision will include a description of my prior feelings and an exploration of their origins.

If you don’t hear from me about your application after a few days, please send me an e-mail nudge.

If Your Application Is Approved

Include your graded original report with your revision.  This will allow me to focus on what you changed, and also to be consistent in scoring.
