If you want to revise a homework, you must apply to re-submit it before I will accept the new version. This is to make sure that you will productively correct whatever was wrong.
Your application must explain:
If you submit your application for re-submission through Sakai’s “Assignments” tool, I will return my decision to accept or reject it the same way. If you submit your application via a hardcopy note or an e-mail message, I will return my decision by e-mail.
Include your original assignment with your revision. If the original was handwritten or partially handwritten (for instance, if a computer-written submission contained hand drawings), you may circle the part to change and include your revision of that part on an accompanying sheet. If the original was electronic, please send it to me with your revision so that I don’t have to chase it down.
Warning: Do not turn in paper that has ragged edges! If you write your work in a spiral-bound notebook, trim the edge before submitting it. Papers with ragged edges will be returned unmarked.
