HTML tutorials

Future projects in the course require that reports be submitted as web pages. This means that you need to understand the basic features of the HTML language in which web pages are written. These tutorials introduce the fundamentals of HTML.

You can access a blank HTML template file by clicking on this link here. View its source and copy its source code to a blank text file. Save the file to your own disk. Make sure its name has the extension “.html,” and that you save it as type “all files.”

Alternatively, you can just right-click on the above link and select “Save Target As…”. Save it to your disk. Then, you can open it with a text-editing program by right-clicking on its icon on your disk, selecting “Open With” from the drop-down menu, and selecting a plain text editor such as Notepad.
